Simple 3D construction sequences are my preferred visualisation output. They are easily shareable in PDF format, and will instantly make you stand out against others submitting 2D drawings.
These sequences can be used to support a tender submission, to educate the client, or as a guide for the site team during construction.
EMERGING TECH
Simulation
Real-time interactive simulations, built in Unreal Engine - are starting to be used on major projects. Think of it as a video game version of your site: walkable, shareable, and far more engaging than drawings or a traditional 3D model.
This is a new service I'm actively developing. Early adopters get a significantly reduced rate, and in return I get to refine the process on real projects.
